Lynn and Jaya are the vibe. Thank you ladies!!! Can't wait to come back after the week fresh hotel has had a chance to tie its loose ends. Grateful I have a safe, clean place I can use points to sleep between my destinations too
This hotel is not going to blow you away with abundant luxury or a beautiful view, but what it does have is a very comfortable room that is absolutely massive, very comfortable beds and a very quiet atmosphere. I was looking for a comfortable place to sleep after a long day of driving and I would stay at Spark again. Quiet, comfortable and clean.
I'm just not favorable of holding money for room deposit
Strange, service was great. Bed and pillows were excellent. Room was spotless. Workmanship was almost comical. Paint was sloppy, fixtures were crooked and door hardware looked like it was picked up from a demolished bldg.
Some. Ewing staff, we're SUPER helpful and nice, but the room started off without ice buckets or cups. Staff checked to find location office machine. When the new people learn the lay of the land this will be a five star eval
Overall experience was good. They could use more employees on shifts. The hotel is right off the freeway and right near Walmart. The hotel was very clean, and service response time was good.
Newly remodeled Hilton flagged Spark property. Formally, a Quaility Inn and prior to that a Comfort Inn. There were some bad reviews out there, but they are prior to the remodel and rebrand. You can expect the Hilton brand standard here now. Rooms are fresh and new. The Front Desk was staffed by a nice lady named Hope, she was accommodating and took great care of our large party.
